The terms that apply when you use this website, buy a piece, or rent one for an event.

    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Mario Collections website (mariocollections.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the site.

    Products & Services

    Mario Collections offers the sale and rental of traditional Nigerian wear, formal attire, accessories, souvenirs, and studio-related services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as reasonably possible; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric photography.

    Rental Terms

    When you rent an item, you enter into a rental agreement that requires you to return the item within 24 hours of your event date in the condition it was provided. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the item during the rental period. A security deposit is collected at checkout and refunded, minus any deductions, upon satisfactory return. Rental orders confirmed and paid are non-cancellable within 48 hours of the event date.

    Payments

    All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By providing your payment details, you authorise Mario Collections to charge the total order amount, including any applicable deposit. Mario Collections does not store your card details. For customers outside Nigeria, currency conversion fees may apply; these are the responsibility of the customer.

    Order Confirmation

    An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation via the contact details provided at checkout. Mario Collections reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, payment failure, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

    Cancellations

    For sale items, cancellations requested before dispatch will receive a full refund. Once an item has been dispatched or collected, our Return & Refund Policy applies. For rental items, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event date will receive a refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

    User Conduct

    You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to impersonate another person, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Mario Collections or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. Product images are proprietary and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mario Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, fit issues, or event cancellations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

    Privacy

    Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection of your name, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of fulfilling your orders and providing customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
